We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Sales: Actively promote and sell properties, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and advice throughout the buying or renting process.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring they are accurately represented and attractively presented.
• Negotiations: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal results for both parties.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation required for property transactions.
• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record of 3+ years in property sales or real estate consultancy.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Technology: Proficiency in using real estate management software and CRM tools.
• Education: Relevant qualifications in real estate or business are a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
